Goji Berries

1 Amazonian Bar

6 TBS Cacao Butter

Basic Biscotti Recipe

(Yields 12 Cookies)

1 Cup Almond Flour

1⁄2 Cup Brazil Nut Flour

1⁄4 Cup Coconut Sugar

1/8 Cup Oat Flour

1/8 Cup Ground Flax

1/8 Cup Maple Syrup

1 tsp Maca

1 tsp Vanilla

1⁄4 tsp Sea Salt

Combine the coconut sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla in a medium sized bowl. Add the

flours, nuts, flax, maca, and salt. This mixture can feel a little dry. Do not be afraid to

work the batter with your hands. The more you work with it the easier it will be to shape

the biscotti.

Fold goji berries into the batter.

Melt the bar and butter. Dunk the dehydrated biscotti into chocolate mixture. Chill in

fridge until firm. (Form batter into a rectangular loaf. Dehydrate overnight at 110 degrees.)

Pistachios

2 tsp Cacao Powder

2 tsp Coconut Oil

1/4 tsp Lavender, ground
